Setting Up PSN

Once you've loaded the software (see Planning to Use PSN), and completed the steps listed in Setting Up PSN, you’re ready to set the Supplies Network specific parameters. If you plan to use Auto Toner Replenishment Service with Supplies Network, your set up procedures differ slightly.  For details, see Setting Up the Supplies Network PSN for use with ATRS.

 

Setting parameters to communicate with Supplies Network involves:

  1. Creating a Supplies Network customer record

Create a customer with DMI-WHL as the account number and name.

  3. Setting up the (SGA) Trading Partner Parameters screen

  4. Setting up your EDI record.

Note: Do not perform the steps listed here until you have configured the Utilext program and set up the (L6X) OPDX Parameter screen. For instructions, see Setting Up PSN.
