Serialized Concepts

The Serialized module includes multiple databases and applications designed to help you monitor your information.

 

When you first purchase and receive items in the Purchase Order Entry window, the items are automatically assigned to the Serial customer that you set up in the Customer window. After you sell an item to a customer, the item transfers to the customer’s record and the sale information updates in the Serial Item window. This window also provides basic information about the item, including the vendor from whom it was purchased and the purchase price and date.
