About Salesperson Responsibility Centers
Responsibility centers allow you to assign your salespeople to cost centers. You set up responsibility center parameters in the General Ledger Parameters. You assign responsibility centers to the salesperson in the Salesperson Master tab. In the R/C box, click the down arrow to select the responsibility center for this salesperson. You can assign an RC to a technician in the Salesperson Technician tab. In the R/C box, click the down arrow to select the responsibility center for this salesperson. For more information, see In the Salesperson Technician Tab.
You can also add responsibility centers in the Customer database. For more information, see In the Customer Responsibility Centers Dialog Box.
