Salesperson Period-Ending Procedures

You perform the salesperson month-end and year-end procedures to update salesperson history. To insure that you always have the most accurate, up-to-date information, Key OPs publishes period-ending procedures in the year-end issue. The information is also available at www.ddms.com. For a complete checklist of period-ending procedures, refer to Key OPs.

 

The salesperson month-end and year-end procedures are performed in the (MK) Period End Functions screen. You can also perform the salesperson period-ending procedures in the (HY) Salesperson Master screen; however, ECi recommends using the (MK) screen.
