Specifying Customer Information

  1. Click the Order Entry menu and select Global, then Attention.

  2. The Order Entry Attention dialog box opens and displays the attentions set up for this customer. (You set up attentions for a customer in the Customer Shipto/Attention tab.)

  3. Click one of the displayed attentions to specify for this order. If the attention is not displayed, click the Attention box and enter the attention's name. You can also scroll up and down the list until the attention displays. For more information, see In the Order Entry Attention Dialog Box.

  4. When the correct attention is highlighted, click OK.
