Customer Terms and Conditions Parameters
Setting Up Terms and Conditions
You can assign terms and conditions documents to orders. These documents detail the terms and conditions of the sale, how much you require be paid down in advance, how much of any deposit amount is forfeited and so on. In the Terms and Conditions parameters, enter paths for all of your documents for which you need to access in order entry.
Note: This feature is not included in all software packages and may require authorization. For more information, contact ECi sales.
From the DDMS Master Menu, click

From the Keyop Menu, click
.
From the Parameter Editor window, double-click Customer.
Click Terms and Conditions.
Enter the information in the text boxes.
Commercial OE Path
Furniture OE Path
Machine OE Path
T&C Password
Note: When completing an order in order entry, in the Order Totals Tab, click the Terms and Conditions check box. If you are entering a furniture order, all of the documents from the path that you entered in the Furniture OE Path box appear. If you are completing a commercial order, all of the documents stored in the path you entered in the Commercial OE Path box appear, and so on.
When you finish making changes, Terms and Conditions now appears in bold in the Parameter Editor window. Click
to save your changes or when you exit the Parameters screens, you are prompted to save your changes.
Note: To abandon all changes, click
. It lets you restore the previously saved version without exiting the Parameter Editor window.
