Setting Parameters

Setting (EZ1T) Screen Parameters

You must access the Serialized Parameter screens from TBL Client.

1. From the Master Menu, type EZ.

2. When the Serial Master Menu opens, the cursor is in the Selection Code field. Select the [1] System action code.

Note: You can use the Type field to specify which type of parameters to set. If you are setting Machine parameters, you can leave the field blank. If you are setting furniture parameters, press Esc. Type F in the Type field.

3. In the (EZ1) Serial Parameters menu, select the [T] Other action code.

4. In the (EZ1T) screen, select the [C] Change action code.

5. The cursor moves to the Contract/Service/Meter G/L Major field. Enter the appropriate responses in each of the fields in this screen. For a description of the fields, see In the (EZ1T) Screen. Use the following instructions for cursor movement in this screen:
   
   To move the cursor ahead one field, press Tab.
   To clear a field, press the Spacebar, and then press Tab.
   To move the cursor back one field, press Backspace.

6. When you finish changing the parameters in this screen, press Enter until the cursor returns to the action code field. If you press Esc before doing so, the system does not save your changes.
