Serialized Tech Time Out of Office Parameters

Use the Tech Time Off dialog box to set up time off parameters for your technicians. You can view your technician's schedule in the Salesperson database. For more information, see In the Salesperson Tech Out of Office Dialog Box.

  1. From the Parameter Editor window, double-click Serialized.

  2. Double-click Tech Time Out of Office.

  3. Click Codes.

  4. Use the boxes in this dialog box to set up out of office codes for your technicians.

  1. Click CLOSE16.gif.

  2. Codes appear in bold. Click SAVE-SMALL16.gif to save your changes.
