Serialized Parameters

  1. From the Parameter Editor window, double-click Serialized.

  2. Click General Configuration.

  3. Click on the following boxes for more information.

    Use Machine Disposition
    BEI Volume Serial
    Display Last 10 Calls List When Logging New Call

  4. Press Enter.

  5. Click SAVE-SMALL16.gif.

  6. The Parameter Editor window refreshes. To set parameters for Machine Dispositions, double-click Serialized.

  7. The Machine Disposition parameters are now available. For more information, see Serialized Machine Disposition Parameters.
