From the Parameter Editor window, double-click Reporting.
Click General Configuration.
In the Report Set Up Password box, enter a password to restrict access to Reporting. (You access the Reporting feature using the Preview Reports icon in the Reports Menu.)
When you enter the information, Reporting and General Configuration appear in bold. Click 
to save your changes.
