From the Parameter Editor window, double-click Purchasing.
Click General Configuration.
Complete the following text boxes.

When Transmitting P/O's Prompt If a P/O Range is Entered
Purchasing and General Configuration now appears in bold in the Parameter Editor window. Click 
to save your changes or when you exit the Parameters screens, you are prompted to save your changes.
