General Ledger Parameters

General Ledger General Configuration Parameters

1. From the Parameter Editor window, double-click General Ledger.

2. Double-click General Configuration.

3. Complete the following text boxes.
   
   Current Period
   Fiscal Year
   Auto-Post
   Corporate Responsibility Center
   Activate Extended GL Numbers and Responsibility Centers

4. When you finish making changes, General Ledger and General Configuration now appear in bold in the Parameter Editor window. Click to save your changes or when you exit the Parameters screens, you are prompted to save your changes.  

Note: To abandon all changes, click . It lets you restore the previously saved version without exiting the Parameter Editor window.
