Checking P-MASTER for Invoice Due Dates

The ;SPCDUE program checks P-MASTER for invoices with due dates and prints the Invoice Totals Per Week Report.

This report shows the following information:

Total number of invoices that are past due along with a total dollar amount for those invoices
Total invoices for the next three weeks along with a total dollar amount for those invoices
Total invoices for everything past three weeks along with a total dollar amount for those invoices
Total number of invoices with a due date along with the total dollar amount for those invoices
Total number of invoices without a due date along with the total dollar amount for those invoices
This report also shows the total number of invoices (with and without a due date), and the total dollar amount for all of the invoices.

Double-click $graphics\KEYOPMENUICON16.gif$ .
When the Keyop Menu opens, double-click $graphics\SYSTEMUTILITIESICON16.gif$ . The (Z) System Utilities screen opens.
In the Enter Utility Type field, type B. In the Enter Subset Number field, type 4.
At the Enter File Name field, type ;SPCDUE and press Tab.
In the Enter Unit # field, type 04.
The cursor moves to the Enter Printer field. Press Enter to accept the default printer, P1, or enter the logical name for another printer.
The Are You Sure prompt appears. To print the report, type Y. When the program finishes, the cursor returns to the Master Menu.
