From the Keyop Menu, double-click

In the Parameter Editor window, click Text Base Parameters.
The (L) Parameters screen opens. Select the [7] Compensation action code.
The Compensation or Level Parameters prompt opens. Type C.
The system displays the (L7) screen, and the cursor moves to the action code field. To change existing parameters, select the [C] Change action code.
In the G/L Loc field, enter the location for which to change parameters. (This field defaults to the location entered for your terminal in the (L1) Terminal and Tickets Parameters screen.) You can enter a new location or accept the default location.
To accept the default location, press Tab.
To change parameters for a different location, enter the number. If you enter fewer than two characters, press Tab.
When the cursor moves to the Slsm field, you can specify the salespersons for which you are changing compensation parameters.
To change the global compensation table, tab past the Slsm field and the corresponding To field to leave them blank.
To change a compensation table that is for a range of salespeople, enter the first salesperson number in the Slsm field, and the last salesperson number in the corresponding To field.
To change a compensation table that is for a specific salesperson, enter that salesperson number in the first field and press Enter.
The cursor moves to the L=Line, I=Inv field. Press Tab to move the cursor through the fields you need to change and enter the new information over the existing information. For information about individual fields, see In the (L7) Screen. (The system saves your changes after you complete or tab through the Split Comp field.)
When the cursor moves to the first Customer Status field, you can select which compensation table for the specified range of salespeople to change. In the Customer Status fields, specify the range of customer status numbers for the table to change.
In the Paycode field, enter the pay code for the table to change. If a specific pay code does not apply to the table to change, press Tab.
The system displays the first line of the compensation table you specified. The cursor moves to the Scale Dollars From field in the first line. Press Tab to move the cursor to any fields in this line to change. To move the cursor to the next line, press Enter. (The system saves each compensation table line as you complete or tab through it.)
