I-CO-INDEX

Links the item company to item number. You must create this file in order to retrieve items by company.

I-COLUMNS

Contains information on quantity breaks and column pricing when you set up the item with quantity pricing.

I-EXT-DESC

Contains all extended item description information.

I-DB-INDEX

Stores the direct-buy vendor index. This index lets you print inventory reports that are sorted by direct-buy vendor. You must create this index to use it.

I-EDIINDEX

Stores the EDI (Electronic Data Interface) index. You must create this index to use it.

I-INDEX

Links item descriptions to item number. You must create this index in order to retrieve by item description in the Item Master tab.

I-JANSAN

Contains OSHA and DOT form number information for items that have been set up as hazardous materials.

I-KEYS

Stores changes in the key item boxes.

I-MASTER

Stores inventory information that identifies the item, such as item number and description.

I-MFG

Contains direct-buy purchasing information. This is information about items you purchase from a manufacturer or other direct-buy source.

I-PRICE

Contains information used for calculations during order entry.

I-REMARKS

Contains all item remarks that have been set up for an item.

I-UOM

Contains the multiple unit of measure information for items you set up to sell in two different units of measure.

I-WHL

Stores information about your wholesaler(s).

I-WRDINDEX

Links the words in the item description to the item number. You must create this index if you want to retrieve by the individual words in the item description in order entry.

P-LINE

Stores changes to the line item's bin location.
