About Inventory History Reports
DDMS includes two predefined inventory history reports, the Standard Inventory Usage Report, and the Custom Inventory Usage Report. These two reports give detailed sales history for each inventory item.
The Inventory Usage Report is printed through the (R) Inventory Selectors screen. This report contains the following information:
Inventory location and company
Item number and description
Selling unit of measure
Replacement cost from the Wholesaler
Previous three months' and last year's sales history
Month-to-date and year-to-date sales history
Quantity on-hand and on-order
Last purchase order number
Last date the item was sold to the customer.
The Standard Inventory Usage Report is printed through the (RR) Inventory Reports screen. This report gives detailed sales history for each item. This report can also list items that have not sold.
Note: When you run this report, information from the three months prior to the month in which you run the report is used.
This report contains the following information:
Item number and description
Company
Selling and buying unit of measure
Wholesaler's cost of the item
Previous three months' and last year's sales of this item
Month-to-date and year-to-date sales of this item
On-hand and on-order quantities
Last date this item was sold.
