Viewing Customer History

This tab tracks service quality statistics for your customers. Information in this tab is stored in the C-QUALITY file.

Note: If you begin keeping a customer's quality information at mid-month or mid-year, the boxes do not compare. For example, if you begin keeping quality statistics for a customer in the middle of January, the information for that month does not compare to other months since the information for January is only for half a month.

  1. Double-click graphics\CUSTOMERICON16.gif. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.

  2. Select the customer whose service quality history you want to view or change. For details, see Selecting a Customer.

  3. To view the customer's history information, click graphics\VIEWHISTORY16.gif.

  4. Go to the Service Quality tab by clicking the tab.

Note: The MTD box and YTD box is accurate only if the Keep Service Quality Statistics For Customer Status parameter in the (LA) Customer And A/R Parameters screen is set to Y at the first of the month, or at the first of the year, respectively. In addition, the MTD box is cleared when you perform the month-end function and the YTD box is cleared when you perform the end-of-year function.

  1. When you finish viewing service quality information, close the Customer History window.
