Viewing Customer Service Quality History
This tab tracks service quality statistics for your customers. Information in this tab is stored in the C-QUALITY file.
Note: If you begin keeping a customer's quality information at mid-month or mid-year, the boxes do not compare. For example, if you begin keeping quality statistics for a customer in the middle of January, the information for that month does not compare to other months since the information for January is only for half a month.
Double-click
. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.
Select the customer whose service quality history you want to view or change. For details, see Selecting a Customer.
To view the customer's history information, click
.
Go to the Service Quality tab by clicking the tab.
Note: The MTD box and YTD box is accurate only if the Keep Service Quality Statistics For Customer Status parameter in the (LA) Customer And A/R Parameters screen is set to Y at the first of the month, or at the first of the year, respectively. In addition, the MTD box is cleared when you perform the month-end function and the YTD box is cleared when you perform the end-of-year function.
When you finish viewing service quality information, close the Customer History window.
