Setting Up Customer Responsibility Centers
Double-click
. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.
Select the customer for which to make a change. If you need instructions on selecting a customer, see Selecting a Customer.
Click
to add responsibility centers to a customer. (This feature is not included in all software packages and may require authorization. For more information, contact ECI² sales.) The Customer Responsibility Centers dialog box opens. For more information, see In the Customer Responsibility Centers Dialog Box.
When you finish adding salespersons to responsibility centers, click
