Customer Basic Procedures

  1. Double-click graphics\CUSTOMERICON16.gif. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.

  2. Select the customer for which to make a change. If you need instructions on selecting a customer, see Selecting a Customer.

  3. Click techrc.gif to add responsibility centers to a customer. (This feature is not included in all software packages and may require authorization. For more information, contact ECI² sales.) The Customer Responsibility Centers dialog box opens. For more information, see In the Customer Responsibility Centers Dialog Box.

  4. When you finish adding salespersons to responsibility centers, click CLOSE16.gif.

  5. Click SAVE-SMALL16.gif.
