In the Customer History Service Quality Tab
The Customer History Service Quality tab tracks service quality statistics for your customers. Information in this tab is stored in the C-QUALITY file.
Note: If you begin keeping a customer's quality information at mid-month or mid-year, the boxes do not compare. For example, if you begin keeping quality statistics for a customer in the middle of January, the information for that month do not compare to other months since the information for January is only for half a month.
