About Attentions

  1. Double-click graphics\CUSTOMERICON16.gif. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.

  2. Select the customer account for which to delete an attention. If you need instructions, see Selecting a Customer.

  3. Click the Shipto/Attention tab.

  4. Right-click the Attention to delete.

  5. When the correct attention is highlighted, there are several options for deleting the attention:

  6. Right-click in the Attention box and select Delete Attn.

  7. Click the Shipto/Attn menu and click Delete Attn.

  8. Type Ctrl + F.

  9. Click graphics\DELETEATTENTION16.gif.

  1. Click graphics\SAVE-SMALL16.gif to save the changes.
