About Attentions

  1. Double-click graphics\CUSTOMERICON16.gif. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.

  2. Select the customer account for which  to change an attention. If you need instructions, see Selecting a Customer.

  3. Click the Shipto/Attention tab.

  4. In the Attention box, select the attention (by clicking on it) to change.

  5. Click in the column to change and type the new information over the existing text.

  6. Click graphics\SAVE-SMALL16.gif to save the changes.
