Changing Customer Service Quality History
This tab tracks service quality statistics for your customers. Information in this tab is stored in the C-QUALITY file.
Note: If you begin keeping a customer's quality information at mid-month or mid-year, the boxes do not compare. For example, if you begin keeping quality statistics for a customer in the middle of January, the information for that month do not compare to other months since the information for January is only for half a month.
Double-click
. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.
Select the customer whose service quality history to view or change. For details, see Selecting a Customer.
To view the customer's history information, click
.
Go to the Service Quality tab by clicking the tab or type Alt + S.
The cursor moves to the MTD/Lines Ordered box. At this point, you can change the service quality history for this customer. Click each box that contains the information to change, or press Tab to move from one box to the next. For more information about each box, see In the Customer Service Quality History Tab.
Notes: Some of these boxes cannot be manually changed. They are for reference purposes only and are automatically updated.
The MTD box and YTD box is accurate only if the Keep Service Quality Statistics For Customer Status parameter in the (LA) Customer And A/R Parameters screen is set to Y at the first of the month, or at the first of the year, respectively. In addition, the MTD box is cleared when you perform the month-end function and the YTD box is cleared when you perform the end-of-year function.
When you finish changing service quality information, close the Customer History window.
When you return to the Customer window, click
to save changes.
