Adding an Attention
You can set up an Attention account for any person for whom you want to use desktop delivery. For example, your customer, the ABC Company, may have several people that do their own ordering. You can set these people up with an Attention account, so that you can deliver directly to them. You can also set up an individual shipping address for these people, as well as individual credit card information.
Double-click
. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.
Select the customer account for which you want to set up an attention. If you need instructions, see Selecting a Customer.
Click the Shipto/Attention tab.
There are several ways to add an attention:
Right-click the cursor in the Attention box and select Add Attn
Click the Shipto/Attn menu and click Add Attn
Type Ctrl + E
Click
.
A blank line appears. Fill in the boxes with the appropriate information. For more information about these boxes, see In the Customer Shipto/Attention Tab.
Note: You must click each box or use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate between boxes.
When you finish adding information, click
to save the new attention.
