Changing a Customer Contact
From the DDMS Master Menu, click Databases, then click Contacts. The Contact window opens, displaying the Customer Contact window.
Select the customer for which you are changing a contact. There are two ways to select a customer:
Enter the customers full or partial name in the Acct# box and press Enter.
Click to highlight the box to change. Type the new information. Press Tab to move from box to box.
After you make changes, click

To change a contact in another database, click View and select the database to change.
