Using the Customer Contact Screen
Adding a Customer Contact
From the DDMS Master Menu, click Databases, then click Contacts. The Contact window opens, displaying the Customer Contact window.
Select the customer for which you are adding a contact. There are two ways to select a customer:
Enter the customers full or partial information in the Acct#, Dept, or Name boxes and press Enter. The Customer Department and Name are displayed, or select from a list of related matches.
Click
, type Ctrl + A, or click File then select New.
Click the Type box to highlight it. Beginning with the Type box, complete each box to add the new contact. Press Tab to move from box to box. For more information on the boxes in this window, see In the Contacts Window.
After you enter the information in all applicable boxes, click

To add another customer contact, press Enter. To add a contact in another database, click View and select the database.
