Using the Customer Contact Screen

  1. From the DDMS Master Menu, click Databases, then click Contacts. The Contact window opens, displaying the Customer Contact window.

  2. Select the customer for which you are adding a contact. There are two ways to select a customer:

  1. Click ADD_A_RECORD16.gif, type Ctrl + A, or click File then select New.

  2. Click the Type box to highlight it. Beginning with the Type box, complete each box to add the new contact. Press Tab to move from box to box. For more information on the boxes in this window, see In the Contacts Window.

  1. After you enter the information in all applicable boxes, click graphics\SAVE-SMALL16.gif.

  2. To add another customer contact, press Enter. To add a contact in another database, click View and select the database.
